We are seeking candidates for an Account Manager role for a variety of customers in a variety of industries.
The ideal candidate would have exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
The candidate should be adept at building relationships, presenting proposals, and managing customer expectations.
Ability to identify challenges, analyze problems, and devise effective solutions swiftly.
This includes being proactive in addressing potential issues in customer accounts.
*Some of the duties would include but are not limited to.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and Enhance Relationships: Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
This involves regular communication, understanding client needs, and acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the client and the company, ensuring client needs and expectations are communicated effectively internally.
Advocate on behalf of the client within the company to ensure their objectives are met.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth by cross-selling and upselling additional products or services that meet the client's needs.
New Business Development: Seek new business opportunities within existing accounts by identifying potential needs that align with the company’s offerings.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development, support, and marketing, to ensure client projects are executed smoothly.
Feedback Loop: Relay client feedback to the appropriate teams within the company regarding product improvements, service enhancements, or market opportunities.
Educate Clients: Inform and educate clients about new products, services, and industry trends that can benefit their business.
CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage account details, document interactions, and track sales opportunities.
*This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday.

*Salary range is $40,000 to $55,000 yearly based on experience.
