We are seeking a motivated, personable individual who enjoys building relationships and driving sales to join us in the role of Lakegirl Inside Sales Rep.
This team member will work closely with the Lakegirl Sales Manager and is responsible for increasing sales and providing efficient and excellent customer service (WOW Our Customers is one of our core values) by seeking out new business, responding to requests, and placing orders.
Life at the lake can be energizing, relaxing, funny and sentimental, and our products are a representation of the lake life.
In order to be effective, efficient and successful, our Sales Reps must maintain a working knowledge of all designs, accessory offerings, body styles, and price information in order to effectively support customers to bring relevant offerings to their unique stores.
The ability to creatively and positively problem-solve, and have excellent attention to detail are key attributes in our ideal rep.

Schedule: TBD, but that Sales Rep life makes for some non-conventional schedules.
A Typical Day (job functions) | WOW Our Customers + Deliver Results + Grow Sales Share all things Lakegirl with current and prospective accounts, finding the right products to be featured for each customer's unique business needs Provide excellent customer service to maintain and build all accounts Create goals and map plan for future for growth with prospects and existing accounts; this includes creating appropriate timelines for achieving and assessing progress of goals Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM system for documenting and tracking customer leads, progress and future plans Analyze orders to identify potential issues and proactively respond Travel as necessary to meet customers and grow business, as well as participate in trade shows Skills (qualifications) | Must Love the Lake + Driven + Proactive + Sales Whiz + Lake Savvy High school education required Sales, Customer Service, and/or previous successful Retail experience Experience using technology, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) to stay organized, efficient, and effectively track sales processes Experience using Shopify E-Commerce strongly preferred The ability to proactively anticipate the needs of key accounts and ensure successful positioning Welcoming of change, nimble, and open-minded; Continuous Improvement is one of our Core Values Personable, friendly, energetic, humble, optimistic, and have a good sense of humor; all pretty crucial elements for a successful sales rep Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficieny on computers and real-time conversations over the phone or in person) Reliable, flexible, responsible, self-motivated, and results-oriented Willing and able to travel- boots on the ground, in customer's stores builds relationships that last The ability to recognize our culture, contribute to it, and be a part of it Must love dogs (we kinda like them at our MN headquarters, and we hope you do, too) Cognitive or Mental Requirements of the Job: Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
