As a Digital Recruiting Specialist at RDO Equipment Co.
you will be at the forefront of our efforts to attract and engage top talent across various roles within our organization.
Your role will involve utilizing digital marketing tactics to develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring we acquire the best-fit candidates to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in building a robust talent pipeline and enhancing our recruitment brand.
Specific Duties Include: Collaborate with our human resources team to develop and execute cohesive recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
Utilize digital marketing channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates for positions, including service technicians, parts specialists, sales, management, field support, and more.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, job boards, email marketing, and company website.
Optimize company website content for recruitment to improve visibility and appeal to potential candidates.
Leveraging technology, and explore innovative recruitment channels, enabling our team to scale efficiently and meet the growing recruitment needs.
`Partner with the sourcing team to implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates and expand our talent pool.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create recruitment-focused messaging that resonates with prospective candidates.
Promote our organizations’ culture, values, and career opportunities through compelling recruitment content.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and digital talent acquisition.
Continuously enhance recruitment processes to stay competitive in the talent market.
Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
Participate in all company/location-driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Job Requirements: Proven work experience in recruitment marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in using digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and job boards for recruitment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and track recruitment performance.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; experience writing content for a variety of channels.
Curiosity and growing expertise will be vital in reaching our target audience effectively.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and online applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Valid work authorization to work in the U.
