Job Title: Inside Sales Representative- Part Time
Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager
Division: NPS Metals, Fargo, North Dakota
Hours: Part- Time Flexible Hours
Outline of the role
To develop, maintain, and monitor all inside sales processes for current and potential customers for NPS and NPF.
Essential Functions
Process all incoming correspondence from new and existing customers
Provide pricing, and production availability/capacity to customers
Analyze and accurately execute production orders going into the shop
Work with the production and shipping to schedule orders to achieve customer due dates
Staying informed of industry pricing and how it affects company sales
Knowledgeable on machine capabilities and requirements to produce product for customers
Communicate with the Outside Sales Staff and be knowledgeable of customer demands and expectations
Maintain awareness in market trends
Cover for other Inside Sales personnel if needed
Help Sales Assistant when needed

Work to achieve and exceed sales goals and margins
Ensure that the customer received a high degree of satisfaction
Report in accordance with agreed times and formats
Carry out duties in accordance with company and ISO standards
Pro-actively support the NPS/OMG

Fluent in communication by email, computer, and telephone
