*ROLE SUMMARY:*
The Sales Representative at M.
A.
Apparel is a vital role, responsible for embodying our organization's values and maintaining a professional image.
You'll establish rapport, provide information, give recommendations, and communicate with the highest integrity.
Your focus will be on nurturing customer relationships and closing business deals in line with organizational objectives.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Cultivate and manage a network of contacts to discover new sales prospects.
* Engage with customers to comprehend their product/service needs, suggest appropriate solutions with integrity, and demonstrate product functionalities tailored to their requirements.
* Maintain customer satisfaction through consistent communication and resolution of post-sale issues.
* Stay informed of our product offerings and effectively communicate updates to existing and prospective customers.
* Utilize our CRM system, maintaining accurate and detailed sales activity reports.
* Predict and report on territory sales forecasts.
* Demonstrate expertise in screen printed, embroidered apparel, headwear, and promotional products.
* Actively engage in training and team meetings, and process invoices.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
*KEY QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Pipedrive CRM (or related software).
* Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
* Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
* Competitively driven with a team-oriented mindset.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
* Effective communication in English, both verbal and written, with team members, management, and customers.
* Proficiency in interpreting various documents and instructions.
* Ability to maintain composure and excel in a high-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:*
* Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field, as well as 1-2 years of progressive sales experience.
* Additionally, if you have prior experience in the outdoor industry, particularly in hunting, shooting sports, fishing, or related sectors, you would be a strong fit.
Experience in the Construction Industry would also be highly valued.
