Job Details Description As a Marketing Automation Specialist at RDO Equipment Co.
, you will play a key role in developing our marketing automation strategies and executing marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for leveraging marketing automation tools to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize the customer journey.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in marketing automation, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
A successful candidate will stay current with emerging marketing automation technologies and trends, efficiently manage multiple projects, and experiment and optimize automation campaigns.
Curiosity and growing expertise will be vital in reaching our target audiences effectively.
Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to support lead generation, online purchases and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted and personalized email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing automation performance, generate reports, and provide insights to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email content, messaging, and overall campaign performance.
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in automation.
Work closely with the cross-functional marketing team to integrate marketing automation into broader digital marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, tools, and industry best practices, and implement innovative strategies to support continuous improvement.
Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in an E-Commerce or B2B environment.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and customer journeys Analytical skills, with the ability to independently interpret and derive insights from data.
Experience with automation platform analytics, Google Analytics, and communicating campaign results and ROI.
Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.
g, Dynamics CRM, Marketo, Salesforce/Pardot, HubSpot, etc.
).
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; experience writing marketing content.
Ability to focus on supporting and completing assigned projects and meeting deliverables on time.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is strongly preferred.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Proficient with MS Office, Teams, marketing and project management applications Up to 10% travel is required.
