POSITION: Director of Workforce Affairs and Sales
LOCATION: NDSCS – Fargo, North Dakota
TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Full-time, 12-month, benefited position

JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the leadership, vision, and oversight of workforce and career development, industry certification, community engagement, and outreach-related initiatives.
Tasks include directing the daily operations of the Workforce Affairs Division, training and non-credit programs, staff development, operational and strategic planning, curriculum development, event planning, project management, and delivery of outstanding services for the workforce and community members at various locations.
A broad knowledge of courses and programs, financial procedures, student services, and community engagement functions is essential for the success of the position and the programs that it oversees.

SALARY: $79,373 - $87,690, commensurate with education and experience Minimum Requirements Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and three years of experience or associate's degree and 5+ years of experience 5+ years of working as a supervisor and leading a team Experience in sales 3 years experience managing a budget over $500,000 Ability to lead a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training program, and an apprenticeship program Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, clients, peers in TrainND regions, and regulatory bodies Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions Strong networking skills Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with a track record of achieving targets and growing revenue Preferred Qualifications Extensive industry experience in leadership roles in healthcare, apprenticeship programs, and sales Commercial Driver’s License Experience working in higher education Experience with PeopleSoft Experience working with XenDirect How To Apply DATE AVAILABLE: As arranged SCREENING BEGINS: Immediately – for full consideration, applications should be received as soon as possible.
