* Provide prompt and courteous customer service
* Internal/External Sales
* Develop a prospect client base and market insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
* Review and maintain existing customer accounts
* Assist customers with policy changes and annual reviews
* Provide an elevated customer experience; relationship building
* Educate customers utilizing a customer focus needs-based process
* Maintain a strong and positive work ethic and total commitment to success daily
* Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments
