Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner
Keep the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked for a positive shopping experience
Process customer transactions at the register
Sort through donations to find quality saleable items
Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed
Work as a team to accomplish the job
Comply with all established policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
At least 16 years old
Available to work retail store hours (9 a.
m.
- 7 p.
m.
), including weekends
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.
