Responsibilities: Supporting Distributor Sales Representatives with the Lakeland brand.
This position would be collaborating with a team of Lakeland, Distributor and Manufacture Sales Professionals.
Duties would include working trade shows, presenting at sales meetings and consultative selling to restaurants and schools.
This position will communicate with a Distributor's team of salespeople to find opportunities, arrange, sample, show products to customers, discuss the features and benefits of a product / brand and offer ideas to profitably incorporate products into their menu.
Requirements: - Proven experience in sales - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Strong organizational and time management skills We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary , car allowance & gas allowance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
