Job Description This is a hybrid position based out of the following locations: Fargo, ND Minneapolis, MN Milwaukee, WI Overland Park, KS Englewood, CO Employees hired in the hybrid working model will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
We are hiring for multiple grade levels for this role.
Leads a cross-functional team in the iterative development of our Card Next Gen initiative ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs and dependent teams.
Utilizing an agile framework this role prioritizes features, creates user stories and collaborates closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products within set timelines.
This role involves adapting to changing requirements, fostering a collaborative environment and continuously the product development Process.
Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization's goals and market needs.
Meets product profit and growth goals.
Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy.
Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives.
Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically four to six years of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills - Strong product management, design and development skills - Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis - Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills - Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Proficient financial and competitive analysis and computer skills #OpsTE #USBOps If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.

Pay Range: $79,220.
