This position will coordinate digital marketing efforts to support e-commerce initiatives, including website content creation and maintenance, search engine optimization, email/SMS marketing, and search, display and social media advertising campaigns.
This position will be instrumental in all phases of digital campaign management, including planning, execution, and optimization, and will be essential to increasing e-commerce sales of both parts and equipment.
The role requires an individual who can efficiently manage multiple projects and works well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator should demonstrate a passion for staying up-to-date on digital marketing and e-commerce best practices, industry trends and all relevant digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
Specific Duties Include: Collaborate with our e-commerce team to create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search and display networks, email marketing, company website, and social media.
Build and manage search (PPC), display, and social media advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Facebook, and more.
Collaborate with team members to build website campaign landing pages and promotions that drive engagement, conversions, and organic search results.
Conduct keyword research for both paid and organic digital marketing activities to identify new e-commerce opportunities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce and digital marketing to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, make data-driven recommendations for optimization, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Assist with email marketing automation, including creating nurture paths, editing messages, coordinating design and copy reviews, structuring A/B testing, scheduling deliveries, and reporting on results.
Support content strategy and comment moderation for local store Facebook pages.
Responsible for tracking project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met.
Assist in the development and implementation of consistent methods for digital marketing processes across all divisions.
Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Perform all other duties assigned by management professionally and efficiently.
Job Requirements: Proven work experience in digital marketing or similar role.
Proficiency with various digital marketing channels, including website, email and SMS marketing, and social media.
Experience with Google Ads, Merchant Center, and paid social media advertising preferred Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently derive insights from data.
Experience in Google Analytics and communicating campaign results.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; experience writing marketing content for a variety of channels.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, focus on supporting and completing assigned projects, and meeting deliverables on time.
