ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and review all finance opportunities in Skynet in a timely manner and ensure processes are completed and communicated properly
Perform buyout calculations as requested by Sales Representatives in an accurate and timely manner
Assist with building and monitoring activity reports in Skynet
Proactively monitor the Days-on-rent dashboard in Skynet and assist Sales Reps with communicating options to customers for conversion from rent to sale
Perform UCC-1 filings and searches and request releases as needed
Assist with straightforward customer finance deals with manufacturers such as Komatsu and JCB for customers with no credit approval concerns
Assists with verifying customer income documentation
Executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process for all finance deals
Build relationships and provide excellent customer service with sales team, customers, and lending partners
Tracking and handling customer insurance for rentals and reaching out to customers if we don’t have proper insurance
Manage the coding process for all equipment invoices and freight invoices received by the sales department
Understand manufacturer and lending partners’ finance and incentive programs and assist with communicating them to the sales team and to customers through marketing efforts
Assist the Customer Finance Manager with gathering customer credit applications and financial information and submitting the finance request to lender(s)
Review documents for accuracy from lender and provide to customer for signature and then submit to lender for funding
Assist with reviewing any delays in funding to resolve any issues in a timely manner
Participate in Credit L10 Meetings and assist with calling customers for collection when requested
Participate in Sales Support L10 Meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

2-year Degree in Business or Finance preferred
