Pay information Pay Level: 021 FLSA Category: Exempt-Salaried A day in the life The Client Implementation Partner is responsible for the successful implementation of new and existing clients.
This is achieved by understanding client business goals, engaging key stakeholders, creating implementation project plans and timelines, and delivering on implementation services.
This position oversees multiple team processes and system integrations and ensures key milestone dates and operational needs are met.
Your responsibilities will include Owns a portfolio of implementation projects with a diverse set of clients.
Coordinates, schedules, and facilitates implementation-related efforts to ensure successful onboarding and maintenance of clients.
Meets with clients and/or stakeholders regularly throughout their implementation journey providing updates and drives completion of the project plan within the project timeline.
Coordinates the implementation across departments to ensure alignment with deliverables and timelines as well as smooth handoffs into and out of implementation.
Reviews all implementation documentation for accuracy and completeness of setup.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with consultants, brokers, and employers as the implementation contact.
Serves as the voice of the customer in order to improve our processes and enhance the customer experience.
Monitors and provides support to resolve any issues that may arise during implementation.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of business operations, procedures, technologies, and systems by remaining up to date in business domains and integrations.
Advises and provides recommendations on account setups and structures based on customers' needs.
What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare or a related field.
4 years of experience in customer onboarding, sales, marketing, account management, implementation, project management or related field.
Pays close attention to the details of all work and strives for a high level of accuracy.
Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Shows interests in understanding the needs and expectations of customers.
Sets priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum results from available resources and time.
Leverages interpersonal skills to develop relationship with all key stakeholders.
Sees opportunities and acts on them.
