As the Marketing Manager, Customer Analytics, you are responsible for analyzing customer & business data, generating strategic insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth and enhance decision-making processes.
Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and market research will be instrumental in uncovering valuable insights and shaping our marketing and organization's overall business strategy.
Role & Responsibility Data Analysis and Insights Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer & business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement Utilize statistical techniques and data modeling to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to track business performance Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to identify areas for differentiation and improvement Business Intelligence Tools and Reporting: Leverage business intelligence tools and platforms to facilitate data analysis, visualization, and reporting Develop requirements for dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization Work closely with the Sr.
Manager of Customer Information to align business insights with customer data and marketing/business initiatives Regularly communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Lead market research initiatives to gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and industry dynamics Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our organization Collaborate with marketing and product teams to incorporate market research findings into product development and marketing strategies Monitor and report on market and industry trends that may impact our business performance Strategy Development and Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to drive business growth and competitive advantage Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine business strategies and tactics Identify new opportunities and areas for innovation based on market insights and industry best practices Support the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Business, Economics, Marketing).
A master's degree is preferred Proven experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a related role Experience: 7>10 years, 5+ years of analytical experience Travel: <10% Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.
g.
, Excel, SQL) and business intelligence platforms (e.
g.
