Description We are seeking enthusiastic store associates with a background in the retail industry, a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, and a passion for both dogs and the people who adore them.
Our store associates are the friendly faces of our bakery and the key reason why customers keep returning.
The Sales Associate will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our bakery shop.
They will ensure that customer needs are met and provide quick, friendly, and efficient service.
Additionally, they will uphold the store's appearance and maintain product presentation according to our company's standards.
The Sales Associate will also assist the bakery department with light baking and decorating and eventually be trained to fully help! (Not required, but a bonus if you love to bake & decorate) The Sales Associate will acquire knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to retail sales and will utilize their experience and judgment to effectively plan and achieve daily goals.
Reporting directly to the store manager/owner, the Sales Associate will be integral to our team.
Salary $12 - $12 per hour
