Summary: The Director – Park & Play USA Sales role primarily is responsible to lead the national sales initiative of parks & recreation-related specialty products.
This position is tasked with developing and meeting annual sales targets, possess strong technical product knowledge, design strategic sales plans and assess costs and competition.
The Director – Park & Play USA Sales supervises the Account Managers and Sales Specialists positions.
It is key to develop and maintain relationships and execute strategic marketing plans to drive the business.
This position requires a desire to win and develop new business with a personal touch while creating a positive customer experience.
This position will also serve as a back-up to the Playground entity as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Construction or related industry knowledge and experience preferred, including a general understanding of project plans and specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, construction, or engineering is desirable.
Experience with ERP systems, including Vista, CRM systems, Google Earth and AutoCAD is a plus.
