Job Information The EV Commercial Account Manager position plays a pivotal role in championing Doosan Bobcat Electric Vehicle (EV) offerings within the dealer network and beyond.
This role requires a deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, strong sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate relationships with dealers, national and government sales channels, and direct customers.
Role & Responsibility Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the EV sector.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, national sales channels, and government agencies to promote EV products and services.
Provide training and support to dealers on EV technology, product features, and sales strategies.
Support the contract efforts with government accounts to secure sales agreements and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and sales tools tailored to the EV market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Utilize strong business acumen to analyze sales performance, forecast future trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales management, product development, and marketing teams, to align on strategic objectives and priorities.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate with external agencies to facilitate the dissemination of information to dealers regarding available government subsidy programs.
Job Requirement Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related major.
Experience required: 5-7 years.
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the automotive or equipment industry.
Bobcat product knowledge preferred.
Strong understanding of EV technology, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape, with a passion for promoting sustainable equipment solutions.
Experience working with dealer networks and national/government sales channels is highly desirable.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Proven track record of leveraging forecasting insights to optimize resource utilization, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Exceptional business acumen to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.
g.
, Salesforce) is preferred.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events.
Requirement up to 50% travel.
