The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to ensure the efficient functioning of the marketing team and support the execution of routine marketing processes.
The Marketing Intel team is committed to providing the department with essential data, analytics, and insights to enhance the overall success of the marketing team across diverse functions.
The Marketing Coordinator assumes responsibility for these recurring tasks, ensuring their completion with precision, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards.
Role & Responsibility
Perform data extracts from various systems utilizing SQL, PowerBI, and other tools
Monitor and provide support for marketing lead management
Maintain organization and regular upkeep of files within marketing systems, project management tools, and Microsoft suite of tools
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Marketing Intel team by streamlining data processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation for regular tasks, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement
Execute data stewardship plans to ensure data integrity and compliance
Create and audit campaign tracking codes to accurately measure marketing campaign performance
Provide month-end Marketing KPI reporting assistance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key metrics
Offer support for Datorama/Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud applications, including troubleshooting and user assistance
Collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization, adapting to various roles and tasks as required by the Marketing Intel team
Job Requirement
Education Required: Associate degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role
Travel requirement: Less than 10%
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and seamlessly switch between them
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and above-average computer skills
Preferred experience working with digital marketing systems and project management tools
