Position Summary: As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the warm and welcoming face of our Med Spa/ Regenerative Med facility, ensuring all clients receive a superior customer experience from the moment they step through our doors.
Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously will contribute to creating a seamless and unforgettable journey for our esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities: -
* Greet and welcome clients with a friendly, professional demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing client concerns promptly and courteously
* Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring all client interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
* Coordinate and maintain accurate records of client appointments, including managing the scheduling system and making necessary adjustments when needed
* Collaborate closely with the treatment team to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to schedules, and optimal client satisfaction
* Efficiently handle financial transactions, including processing payments, managing cash registers, and providing accurate receipts
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring it represents the high standards of our Med Spa/ Regenerative Med Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus
* Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask efficiently
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and other related applications
* A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, demonstrating a genuine interest in staying up to date with the latest treatments and trends
