Skil Jigsaw 4395 Auto Scroll/Vari-Orbit - $5 (Fargo)

This still power on and runs.
The cord is in a little hard shape in the one spot as shown.
I can not get it to switch in its orbit settings.
It moves from 0 and 1, but does not go up to the higher numbers.
I will try to send this the cheapest way possible, if you know a cheaper way and tell me I will send it that way then.
