*JOB SUMMARY:*
We’re looking for full-time entry-level production leads.
The ideal candidate for these roles are go-getters with a knack for challenging others to greatness.
We offer competitive pay starting at $25.
00 per hour plus benefits.
A variety of shifts are available and a $1.
00 per hour shift differential is applied to any night shift hours worked.
*WHAT YOU’LL DO:*
* Set up, operate, and maintain industrial equipment used for blending, drying, extraction, etc.
* Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following standardized formulas.
* Prepare and load product into ingredient processing equipment.
* Troubleshoot product or equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment performance for maximum uptime.
* Fill out documentation and perform routine housekeeping.
* Champion adherence to safety and food quality standards.
* Support other departments and train new employees, as needed.
*WHAT YOU’LL BRING:*
* Previous experience in industrial manufacturing and/or food processing
* Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* Basic math and analytical skills
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces or at heights in a hot, dusty, noisy environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary
