Pierce Lee Roofing is looking for qualified Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our installation team for commercial flat roofs.
These are full-time positions with possible over-time.

* *Bring a Friend!* For each installer you refer that gets hired, you will earn $250 after 6 months of their employment, and/or $200 per month for up to a year if you refer a foreman!
*JOB DUTIES:*
* Lead team of 2+ crew members for installation of commercial roofing and sheet metal products
* Transportation of material and personnel to the jobsite
* Ability to keep crew members engaged and on task
* Jobsite setup
* Commitment to safety
*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:*
* Minimum of 3-5 years of roofing experience as an installation lead/foreman
* Must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be able to obtain a DOT medical card
* Knowledge of multiple types of commercial roofing installation and manufacturers
* Knowledge of basics in architectural sheet metal, including measurements and installation
* Working knowledge of blueprint reading and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong communication, customer service, decision making, and leadership skills
