*Highlights of your role:* * Design and develop new equipment from concept to implementation, demonstrating innovation and efficiency in engineering concepts and designs.
* Specify and design complex custom-built equipment and systems that meet the project scope, integrating them into production utilizing hands-on fabrication, installation, and problem-solving skills.
* Lead appropriate training sessions and support the development and implementation of equipment and process innovations that will improve Tecton's efficiency and capabilities.
* Drive efficiency by advancing and implementing new technologies and innovation, ensuring that project success is achieved (scope met, on time, on budget) using defined departmental processes.
* Identify and implement equipment improvement opportunities on existing equipment, capturing, interpreting, and communicating data to drive improvement projects; determining root causes, developing solutions, and validating and implementing them as required.
* Provide engineering support to Production, Maintenance, and other teams as needed in a multi-disciplined environment, delivering projects that exceed customer needs.

in Mechanical Engineering degree is required.
* Demonstrated robust mechanical expertise and the ability to diagnose effectively.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine design.
* Diverse Project Management experience.
* Plastics Processing experience is preferred.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional adaptability, both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
