My Aquatic Services, a leader in aquatic leisure spaces, is looking for a dedicated Construction Technician to join our team in West Fargo.
We specialize in enhancing lives through family fun and personal health by creating and maintaining aquatic spaces like pools, hot tubs, spas, and other recreational or therapeutic equipment.
Your Role
As a Construction Technician at My Aquatic Services, you will:
* Help clients select and prepare locations for new pool installations.
* Construct frames, dig holes, and install pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, and filters.
* Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairing, and addressing leaks.
* Adhere to health and safety standards, providing clients with aftercare and maintenance advice.
* Cooperate with a crew in pool construction, liner installation, and concrete work.
* Maintain job site quality control and safety practices.
* Clean and maintain equipment, and keep records of materials used.
* Travel to various locations for pool cleaning and maintenance tasks.
* Stock company vehicles with necessary equipment and perform water quality tests.
* Advise clients on chemical use for pH and chlorine level maintenance.
* Replace underwater fittings, fix leaks, and maintain accurate activity records.
Who You Are
You are a hands-on professional with experience in construction and maintenance, particularly in aquatic environments.
Your skills include flexibility in working hours and a willingness to travel to various job sites.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Construction Technician.
* A valid driver's license.
* Knowledge of pool cleaning, servicing methods, and health and safety procedures.
* Familiarity with chemicals and equipment used in swimming pool maintenance.
* Good physical dexterity and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Willingness to travel for various job assignments.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Driver's license required
