Summary: The primary function of this position is to accurately assemble the track for an order in a timely manner.
Essential Duties: Read daily track orders and follow proper paperwork procedures.
Understand the color-coding systems for various heights.
Assemble all types of track effectively and accurately using hand/power tools.
Operate the Waterbury Press.
Change band saw blades and banding spool as needed.
Move finished product to the correct rack/cart.
Restock all track and parts in department as needed.
Weld track when needed.
Assist in production or shipping areas as requested.
Competencies Required: Maintain a high level of quality to eliminate mistakes.
Operate with Passion, Energy, and Enthusiasm.
Always remain safety conscious.
High level of attention to detail and organization.
Excellent time management skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Mechanical aptitude.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills in all situations.
Full understanding of the English language.
