Machine Operator
Starting Wage: $27/hr.

The primary function of this position is to operate a roll form machine.
We are looking for candidates with machine operation experience or a mechanical background.
Essential Duties: Setup and operation of the machines.
Perform routine inspections of machines and equipment to ensure proper function.
Recommend and perform minor repairs as needed.
Perform PM on the machines daily.
Loading product onto racks for other departments.
Occasional forklift operation.
Work with other departments as necessary to ensure high quality and efficient production.
Follow all safety protocols.
Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.
Provide assistance to internal and external customers with a can-do attitude.
Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity.
Skills needed: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
, frequently overhead Ability to bend, crouch, twist and stand on his/her feet all shift (8-10 hours) Good hand eye coordination Punctual Ability to work well with others Safety oriented Positive attitude Dependable/ Reliable Self-motivated Honest/ Trustworthy Ability to understand and take direction well Ability to communicate in English both orally and written in order to communicate effectively Education and Experience: High School or GED required, and 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing machine operator environment preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully to perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
