*Duties*
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing systems and equipment - Strong knowledge of machinery for automation and ability to implement automated processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production operations
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues
- Create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flowcharts
- Utilize software tools to design and modify manufacturing equipment
- Perform time studies and capacity analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
*Experience*
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Strong knowledge of robotics, CNC machining, and assembly processes
- Proficient in using SolidWorks or other software for designing manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
