ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following guidelines.
General
Adhere to all policies and procedures of Alexandria Industries
Treat others respectfully and actively listen when someone is speaking to them
Support and promote corporate values and the behaviors that guides the actions of our values
Administration
Greet and assist visitors as they arrive
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Provide administrative support to all employees and departments; data entry, printing, scanning, scheduling
Organize the company related events
Keep files and supplies organized and up to date
General maintenance of offices, conference room, lunchroom, etc.
Accounting
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Process and pay AP invoices on a timely basis
Process daily invoices to customers
Process cash receipts and post transactions into Quickbooks
Monitor accounts receivable aging; contact customer if necessary
Reconcile bank statement monthly
Maintain production inventory in Quickbooks
Purchasing
Monitor inventories; order product when needed
Maintain material supply and vendor programs
Keep other departments informed of delays or changes in scheduled arrival times of products or services required for the manufacturing process
OTHER JOB DUTIES: (Not considered essential to the job)
Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent degree
2.
Experience:
Basic accounting skills or related experience
Purchasing and inventory experience a plus
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Quickbooks knowledge and or experience a plus
3.
Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
A highly motivated self-starter
Excellent prioritization, communication, organizational, and analysis skills
Ability to maintain and process confidential information
Strong team-oriented mindset
Ability to be physically present at work
