Aggregate Dozer/Loader Operator / Portable Crushing Plant - ND, MN, and MT
The duties of a Dozer/Loader Operator include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Job Functions:
• Fully trained in the operations and capability of a dozer and front end wheel loader
• May require considerable physical activity, must be capable of heavy lifting, bending, and twisting
• Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and the environment
• Responsible for the maintenance and maximum utilization of dozer equipment
• Prepare site for material excavation
• Prevent aggregate contamination
• Mine and stockpile aggregate
• Assist with plant maintenance
• Assist with a variety of job operations
• Prepare level areas for equipment placement
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork
• Seek out and implement best practices
• Adhere to all company safety and environmental practices and policies - training provided
• Maintenance on Dozer/Loader includes:
o Washing and cleaning the operators cab, inside and out, greasing, refueling, and maintaining all fluid levels
o Maintaining all equipment service records for any piece of equipment operated, keeping accurate and thorough records of the maintenance performed, the hours on the unit, date, time, etc.
; complete proof of regular service may be required
• Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work flexible hours, the job involves shift work and weekend work throughout the year
• Team player
Experience/Education:
• Six months experience preferred
Compensation:
The compensation package is dependent upon qualifications and experience
Must possess current valid driver license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
