Crackfilling Foreman-2024 season

*Crack Filling Foreman for 2024 season* *Crack filling experience is 100% required.
* Ideal candidate would work late afternoon/evening when lots are vacant or less congested.
Would have experience with Cimline M2.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew by communicating with the Project Manager to ensure responsible work and safety.
Foreman will supervise and help coordinate the activities of their crew/crews.
The Asphalt Superintendent will help schedule work with the assistance of the asphalt project manager.
The Foreman must communicate with the crew and Project Manager on what equipment and material is needed.
The Crackfill Foreman will help monitor crew(s) to ensure the quality of work meets the standards of Advanced Striping, Inc.
, and the needs of the customer.
Foreman will help ensure the crew is working safely and responsibly.
Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 3 years.
*Responsibilities:* * Positive attitude and ability to encourage co-workers * Jobsite cleaning, operating equipment and its maintenance * Proactively lead and coach crew * Interact with customers clearly and professionally * Collaborate with Asphalt Project Manager regarding daily/weekly schedule and needs * Practice all safety procedures and adhering to ASI policies * Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals and other similar documents * Daily job reports * Identify and solve common construction setting obstacles * Track material usage *Position Requirements:* * 18 years of age * Stand and move for 8+ hours * Walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch without difficulty * Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs * Valid driver’s license, absent of major infractions over the prior 3 years.
* High School Diploma/GED * Previous Supervisory and construction experience *Salary/Incentives:* * Based on experience * Bonus Incentive * 401k Match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.
