WHAT'S REQUIRED?
High school diploma
2+ years of related technical experience or 2+ years of Supervisor position held
Completion of all four of NPP's Internal Skills Enhancement Certification programs
Strong working knowledge of the plastics manufacturing production process, extrusion machinery, and related quality requirements
Strong working knowledge of the equipment, materials, methods, and practices used in plastics manufacturing and extrusion operations.
Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
