work days will be spent working with 1 or 2 other people doing various jobs and sometimes alone on your own.
we stay away from eletrical, hvac, & plumbing.
we do interior and exteroir work.
```Responsibilities``` - show up ready to work with the approprite outifts/supplies - ready to learn - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and general handy work - Fabricate or repair structures using various tools and materials - must have drivers license - has general knowlegde of construction and building ```Experience``` - Proven experience in performing maintenance and repair tasks - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various tools and equipment - Familiarity with fractions/math - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship, we would love to hear from you.
