*Roles & Responsibilities:*
* Conduct maintenance on all rental properties, including heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and general repairs.
* Perform preventative maintenance and ensure the attractive appearance of all homes.
* Prepare open homes for rental.
* Opportunity to engage in remodeling and construction projects.
*Knowledge, Skill, and Competency Requirements:*
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Superior time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
* General maintenance experience required.
* Experience in electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance installation/repair, drywall repair, or related areas is a plus.
* Availability for on-call and weekend shifts (schedules may vary).
Our techs work on call once every 12 weeks on average.
* A knowledge of Property Management software is a plus.
* Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
