*Job Purpose and Impact*
As a Manufacturing Project Engineer, your primary focus will be on optimizing the interconnected components of our manufacturing system.
We are seeking a professional capable of developing and applying engineering standards and procedures, offering expert advice on engineering-related matters.
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating plant location, personnel workflow and ergonomics, materials logistics, production process sequence, and equipment layouts.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist manufacturing plant and facilities engineers in facility planning and design.
* Conduct studies on cost, inventory, production control, and human factors to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revised operating methods.
* Establish methods to maximize the utilization of production facilities and personnel.
* Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more intricate problems to the appropriate staff.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
*Minimum Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of two years of related work experience.
* Previous experience leading capital projects.
*Position Information*
* Full-time onsite position with paid relocation available.
