Summary: The SSUSA Production Manager (Manufacturing & Logistics) will provide overall leadership direction to all Sign Shop employees, including the management of product quality, timeliness, and safety, as well as mentoring, coaching, and developing a cohesive and efficient team.
This position leads the continuous improvement processes for sign and metal fabrication manufacturing, production planning, and logistics and is responsible to manage the relationships and communication with the sales and construction departments.
The position requires the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Aptitude to anticipate problems, critical issues, and opportunities as they arise; along with the capability to creatively problem solve and bring together viable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary along with attention to detail.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience is required.
BS degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Arts, or related field from an accredited college, plus ERP experience is desired.
