Job Description A Welder is responsible for completing the following duties: Cut steel tubing, drill and fabricate components for steel door frames Weld structural steel frames with .
045 wire, 14ga to 3/4" material Ability to read drawings and follow instruction Past welding experience required Certified welder preferred (training will be provided) Ability to run forklifts and scissor lifts Common knowledge of hand tools and other fabrication equipment Ability to communicate across departments Ability to lift 50+ pounds Expectations of Employees Uphold company core values Maintain a clean and organized work area Utmost attention to safety Good attendance and punctuality Commitment to quality workmanship Attention to detail A clean driving record, DOT check, ability to pass drug screening and background check Valid drivers license Traits of Successful Employees Strong work ethic Customer focused mentality Desire to build long term relationships Must be able to communicate across departments Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule Willingness to assist other departments when needed ONLY QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED.
