Looking to rent a wood chipper or the like - $1 (Moorhead)

Looking to rent a small sized (nothing extravagent if thats even a thing)wood chipper/stump grinder.
Trying to subdue our yearly mud-hole of a backyard, this year it's been from fall to current and prob won't subsist until summer.
And it's a problem because I have two big dogs our there everyday tearing it up being playful dogs and then of course want to come back inside.

which I'd now turning their drying area (a good portion of my basement) into a disaster I can't keep up with.

so this is the best idea we could come up with for a fast relatively less expensive alternative.
So if anyone is willing to not insist on an absurd cost to rent- I would be absolutely thrilled to be able to utilize one.
