*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* Documenting vendor and sublet invoices, categorizing to appropriate repair order or cost category
* Receiving and organizing parts inventory, ensuring proper stocking of parts
* Manage the processing of factory warranty claims
* Provide assistance to customers on the phone and through email with their various service needs
* Writing Repair Orders, scheduling service appointments, billing and electronic filing
* Keeping customers informed on the status of their boat repair or service, including when it's ready to pick up
* Seeking customer approvals for additional services recommended by the technician
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
* Delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our MN Inboard Family of Boaters (our customers)
*Job Requirements:*
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* General understanding and interest of products we sell and service
* Ability to understand what customers are looking for and communicate effectively with them.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to keep up with a demanding schedule
* Experience in customer facing administrative roles with a high attention to detail and organization
*Skills:*
* Must have strong customer service skills
* Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail, and a self starter
* Proficient with excel and e-mail
* Lightspeed EVO management software a plus
* Ability to learn quickly, strong work ethic, and great follow-up
*Physical Requirements:*
* Sit for most of the workday.
