SLS Administrative Assistant
Full-time, Benefited, 40 hours per week
Additional opportunity for overtime providing Direct Support Professional hours.
The Supported Living Services (SLS) Department serves 130 individuals, supporting them to live more independently and to reach their life goals and dreams.
The SLS Administrative Assistant is a resource for team members and provides supervision to the Direct Support Professional (DSP) floats.
The SLS Administrative Assistant’s main responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Residential Coordinators.
This support includes tracking DSP training, car insurance, driver's license, CPR, etc.
Completes medication class testing and assists with interviewing DSP candidates, payroll processing, scheduling open shifts and updating employee schedules.
Assists with quality assurance documentation.
Provides support to the SLS department by responding to incoming crisis calls from team members regarding scheduling or person-specific concerns.
Participates in the crisis responder rotation.
