REPORTS TO: Finance Director
*PURPOSE*
The purpose of the Human Resource Coordinator position is to coordinate the flow of employees in and out of the organization.
This position provides new employees with orientation to the agency, coordination of selected benefits and supports employees throughout their employment with RACC.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

EMPLOYEE ON-BOARDING / OFF-BOARDING: *Ensures that employees transition in and out of the agency by coordinating needed documentation.
*2.
EMPLOYEE DATA MANAGEMENT: *Ensures confidentiality and completion of employment documentation and data.
*3.
BENEFITS COORDINATION: *Coordinates employee benefit registration and termination.
*4.
BUSINESS PROCESS ASSISTANCE: *Assists the business / finance and operations departments to ensure that the organization completes work accurately and timely.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar field
* Previous office experience
* Experience in customer service
* Formal computer training and accurate keyboard skills
* Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office

* Proven ability to enter data efficiently
* Proven ability to multi‐task
* Proficient written language skills
* Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES
*EMPLOYEE ON / OFF-BOARDING*
* Coordinates employee recruitment by advertising, collecting applicant information and scheduling and preparing for interviews
* Conducts background checks on all employees
* Completes paperwork needed to verify U.
S.
Eligible Employment
* Provides agency orientation to newly hired employees
* Completes phone / IT and other set-up processes for new and outgoing employees
* Conducts exit interviews and reports data to the leadership team
* Coordinates the annual employee engagement survey
* Coordinates ongoing employee training and professional development
* Provides support to employee appreciation initiatives / events
* Provides support to internal committees
*EMPLOYEE DATA MANANGEMENT*
* Coordinates completion of employee evaluations for annual and trial period documentation
* Creates employee correspondence regarding, but not limited to employment status, compensation and leave
* Maintains and updates job descriptions, the RACC Employee Handbook, RACC procedures and employment forms
* Maintains personnel files
*BENEFITS COORDINATION*
* Prepares new employee packets and manages benefit enrollment when new staff are hired and during open enrollment periods
* Manages termination of benefits as needed
* Serves as point of contact for employee benefit questions
*BUSINESS PROCESS ASSISTANCE*
* Assists in preparation of semi‐monthly payroll processing as needed
* Assists with front desk coverage as needed
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
This work is primarily sedentary, requiring communicating clearly, seeing, hearing, talking, concentrating, reading, and operating office equipment such as a computer, calculator, copier and scanner.
Work is primarily in a climate-controlled area with office equipment level of noise.
EVALUATION
The performance of the Human Resource Coordinator will be evaluated annually by the Finance Director according to pre‐determined objectives and policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.
