Administrative Assistant
The Core Health Team is seeking a highly energetic, life loving, family oriented, physically active, people loving individual.
8 arms and 6 legs are necessary at times, but you will be trusted to do a wonderful job just as you are.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible and contribute to the management of most office support systems, which include but not limited to:
- Clerical support, marketing support, human resources support, and operational duties, as well as special projects on an as needed basis.
They will also be responsible for answering the phones, so as to direct calls and take messages.
- They must make copies, file vendor statements and correspondence, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- They also are responsible for emailing prospective clients, logging all incoming checks, collecting payments and reconciling financials.
- Additionally, they must file client paperwork, and pull client information (statements, records) as needed.
Skills and Attributes needed:
- Flexibility and understanding in the ever changing world of patient care.
- Has a passion and willingness to interact with patients in a busy practice.
- Ability to efficiently understand, communicate and document patient ledgers.
- Previous Administration Experience, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent Organization and Time-Management Skills, Accounting/Finance Knowledge, Excellent Communication Skills on the phone and in person, Dominant and Creative Approach to Problem Solving, Able to Balance Multiple Projects, Detail Oriented With Dependable Follow Through, Positive Outlook, Desire to Learn and Grow and Take on Increasing Responsibilities, Confident with collecting and speaking about financial status of a patients ledger.
