Part-Time Daycare Teacher

*WHO WE ARE:* Tender Hearts Daycare, a ministry of The Perry Center, is a licensed childcare program located in West Fargo, ND.
Tender Hearts provides Christ-centered early education and care for children in our community.

Many of our activities, conversations, and teaching moments are focused on the truths found in God's word.

org/employment-opportunities* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Using age-appropriate ideas and concepts for each classroom.
* Care for multiple children at one time, accommodating their needs individually.
* Maintain a flexible schedule that conforms to the children's needs.
* Follow licensing rules and regulations concerning infants, toddlers, pre-k, or after-school-age children.
* Organize and rotate toys.
* Work with children of different ages during combined group play.
* Attend staff meetings.
* Additional duties as directed by the Program Director.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* * Must be at least 14 years of age.
* Must pass a child abuse and neglect and criminal background check upon hire.
* Must complete 30 hours of online training upon hire.
*EXPERIENCE:* * 1+ year of childcare experience preferred.
* First aid and CPR certification preferred.
*HOURS/SALARY* This is a part-time position and requires one evening per month for staff meetings.
Evening and weekends off.
