Job Title: Teacher Duties: - Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Assess student performance and provide feedback on their progress - Utilize different teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process - Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student welfare - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives - Provide tutoring or additional supports to students who require it Qualifications: - Previous childcare experience recommended but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail All teachers must be CPR certified within 90 days hired date.
Salary: Lead teachers will start at 17.
50 and will receive a $1 raise after 3 months.
Schedule: We are looking for people to fill a variety of shifts as we have an after school program as well as occasional overnights.
Our shifts include but not limited to M-F 7-4, 8-5, 10:30am-2:30pm, 2:30-6:30 and 9pm-6am.
