School Age Site Coordinator:
This position oversees a School Age program for families and children that provides an experience that exceeds standards for a school age program.
The YMCA has 25+ School Age Learning Center locations that provide Before and After School Child Care and Summer Child Care in Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Harwood, and Horace.
As a Site Coordinator, you will:
Be present at the School Age site during operational hours to manage, direct, coordinate and ensure that ratio is being met - working directly in ratio as needed.
Plan, implement, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the School Age Learning Center Program.
Develop and implement an age-appropriate program curriculum, including planning activities and field trips.
Operate the School Age program to be compliant to state/county licensing and agency regulations.
Supervise the Learning Center Leaders and Learning Center Site Supervisors.
Communicate regularly and clearly with program parents - written and oral, formally and informally.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 20 years old
One year of paid experience working with children in a licensed program or youth organization specializing in directing youth activities
Within 30 days of hire: CPR/FA Certification for Adult, Child and Pediatrics
Within 90 days of hire: 15 hours of basic childcare training through Child Care Aware
