Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Tennis Professional to join our team and contribute to our vibrant tennis programs.
As a member of our coaching staff you will be responsible for providing high-quality Tennis instruction to individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with players of all ages and skill levels and contribute to our tennis programming during the spring and summer season.
Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and effective tennis instruction to individuals and groups.
Develop lesson plans focused on skill development, strategy, and game improvement.
Assess and evaluate players skill levels, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching.
Conduct private/group lessons, leagues, and camps for different age groups and skill levels.
Maintain tennis court facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment upkeep.
Interact with participants and their families, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Ensure the safety and supervision of players during lessons and activities.
Coordinate lesson schedules, communicate effectively with participants and manage schedule changes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching individuals and groups of all ages and abilities.

and/or PTR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and rules.
Along with extensive playing background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different skill levels and tailor instruction accordingly.
Duration:
This is a seasonal position during Spring and Summer months
