Description & Details: The College of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Natural Resources is seeking an organized, energetic, creative, and collaborative individual to serve as a Recruitment Coordinator.
This full-time, 12-month position is based in Fargo, North Dakota.
Primary responsibilities include promoting undergraduate and online graduate programs in the college, carrying out programming and creating media to engage prospective students, liaising with the NDSU Admissions Office, and advising the college Ag Ambassadors student organization.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm during summer and breaks, occasional nights and weekends Advertised Salary: $40,000+ and an excellent benefits package Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience at the time of hire Understanding and ability to connect with potential students Exceptional written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills Strong customer service experience/skills Demonstrated experience establishing rapport and building relationships Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in the student body Ability to effectively and efficiently plan and execute projects simultaneously Innovative, energetic, and committed to working in a team environment Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight travel Valid Driver's License and ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications: Degree in field related to agriculture, food systems, and natural resources, or related experience Working knowledge of agriculture, food systems, and natural resources One year or more experience working in recruitment, Extension, or admission at a regionally accredited college or university Experience working with high school students Experience presenting to large audiences in professional or persuasive settings Degree from NDSU or strong familiarity with NDSU programs Applicant Materials Required: Resume Cover letter addressing how qualifications are met Names and contact information of three professional references Benefits: NDSU offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes single or family health insurance coverage with premiums paid for by the university – with an effective date for new employees the first of the month following date of hire.
