This opportunity is to help us provide safe transport, compassion and empathy to youth of the Special Needs children within the Fargo area schools.
Our Para's ride on smaller buses, assisting with special needs and early childhood development students.
Assisting students with the following: assist student on the bus, making sure students are buckled in seat belts or car seats, and assisting Bus Driver with wheelchair students.
Student Management: Maintaining a safe environment for students to be transported.
Small numbers of students - usually 5-12 children on each School Bus Challenging and satisfying work - needing a patient and mature approach in handling children.
